Our client is looking for an IT Junior Support who will be responsible to provide frontline technical assistance and maintain system integrity across multiple platforms.
Your Responsibilities:
Provide support to office staff, outlets, and remote workers.
Help end users with application and hardware issues.
Respond to support calls promptly and fix issues.
Create new user profiles and permissions.
Monitor tills, servers, and networks, coordinating with IT Supervisor and suppliers for problem-solving.
Set up and test new equipment.
Requirements
Experience in relational databases and SQL is considered as an asset.
