Our client within the Hospitality Industry is looking to recruit an Accounts Executive to join their growing team.
Main responsibilities include :
- Preparing bank, cash, and intercompany reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Issuing of monthly reports from the booking system and distributing them to suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate data.
- Maintaining accruals, prepayments, and depreciation schedules up to date to reflect accurate financial position.
- Preparing monthly management accounts including income statement and statement of financial position.
- Assisting in the preparation of audit support materials and liaise with auditors during the annual audit process.
- Providing support to the finance team where needed to ensure smooth operation of financial processes.
- Performing any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management to support the overall financial objectives of the organization.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Previous experience in a similar role is a must
Education and Experience
- In the process of obtaining an accounting qualification or equivalent
